Social Media: No need to explain further that you should be integrating social media into your website. If you have not started using social media on yiur website, you have a lot of catching up to do... it is not a fad, it is a new way for everyone to communicate.
Email Gathering: Your website should have a means to gather email addresses. Email Marketing is big right now and allowing visitors to signup for updates or news is a low-cost means of advertising. You can direct advertising at those that want more information. No need to waste money in hopes of hooking one customer. Do some research first, you have to do email marketing right for it to be successful and provide a good ROI.
Content Management: This is more for the webmaster or developer. Your website should have a means for the client to update and maintain their website on their own. They want the ability to post pictures, videos, blog entries, etc. They DO NOT want to pay you hourly when you get around to it.
Call to Action: Your website should have a call to action. Something that will make them want to get a hold of you or make a purchase. "Get a Free Social Media Evaluation NOW!". Try something like.. "Start protecting your home now. Signup for a free home security evaluation!" The most effective CTA's are those that incorpate graphics, text, and forms.
Breadcrumbs: Seems like an odd title. Your website needs to have breadcrumbs to help your visitors know where they are going and where they have been. Nothing is worse than getting burried deep in pages and they can't remember how to get back to where they wanted.
